Allergens & Food Safety:

• Olive & Iris is committed to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. We hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification and have been awarded a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating.
• Customers must inform Olive & Iris of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking. This allows us to assess individual requirements and make any necessary preparations in advance. We are not able to accommodate any last-minute dietary requirements.
• Although every reasonable precaution is taken when preparing and handling food, our products are made in a domestic kitchen environment. As such, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.
• Please be aware that some products may contain, or come into contact with, nuts and other common allergens.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding any allergies or dietary requirements. Olive & Iris cannot accept responsibility for reactions arising from information that has not been disclosed or where insufficient information has been provided.
• Once the food has been delivered and set-up has been completed, responsibility for its storage, handling and consumption passes to the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that food is stored appropriately and consumed within the recommended timeframes. Olive & Iris cannot be held responsible for food that has been stored, handled or consumed outside of the guidance provided.

Grazing Boards, Equipment & Hire:

• Olive & Iris may provide a selection of serving equipment as part of our grazing table and catering services. This can include wooden grazing boards, cheese knives, serving tongs, butter knives, wooden paddles, napkin holders, crates, baskets, bowls and decorative serving platters. 
• Where a booking requires the use of a larger quantity of our equipment, a refundable equipment deposit may be required. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• The deposit will be refunded once all hired equipment has been returned and checked, provided everything is accounted for and has been returned without damage.
• Any missing, broken or damaged items may result in deductions from the refundable deposit. Where the cost of replacement or repair exceeds the deposit held, the customer may be responsible for the additional amount.
• All equipment must be returned in a reasonable condition, with leftover food removed and items wiped clean before collection or return.
• Equipment must be handled with care throughout the hire period and must not be disposed of, altered or used for purposes other than those intended.
